  • Jelena Ostapenko (LAT) d. Ludmilla Samsonova (RUS) 6-1 6-4
at Australian Open WTA Slam (AUS)
    Hard Court, Round of 128
    660 (660) Aces +$349 ROI:+15.9% 61%
    Jan 20 2020 19:25:00
The question is how fit is Ostapenko who has not been seen since winning in Luxembourg in October. There is no doubting she possesses the higher level of ability and the odds compensate for fitness doubts.
  • Greetje Minnen (BEL) d. Aliaksandra Sasnovich (BLR) 7-6(3) 4-6 7-5
at Australian Open WTA Slam (AUS)
    Hard Court, Round of 128
    660 (660) Aces +$349 ROI:+15.9% 61%
    Jan 20 2020 19:07:06
Despite Minnen losing to in 3 sets to Sasnovich last month, she actually generated more break points in that matchup but her 2nd serve was below average. She came through the qualifiers so is accustomed to prevailing conditions. Odds should be closer.
  • Danielle Collins (USA) d. Belinda Bencic (SUI) 6-3 6-1
    at Adelaide WTA Premier (AUS)
    Hard Court, Quarter Final
    660 (660) Aces +$349 ROI:+15.9% 61%
    Jan 15 2020 22:43:52
Bencic is outsider based on only edging past Goerges in two breakers whereas Collins was impressive in beating Kenin in straight sets. Market is over reacting to current form, Bencic is ranked 20 places higher and should be favoured.
  • Andrey Rublev (RUS) d. Sam Querrey (USA) 6-3 6-3
    at Adelaide ATP (AUS)
    Hard Court, Round of 16
    660 (660) Aces +$349 ROI:+15.9% 61%
    Jan 14 2020 21:42:52
The main question mark is whether Rublev has recovered from his travel from Doha to Adelaide and at the odds it's worth the risk. He didn't drop a set in Doha and looked at a different level to his opponents there. Querrey won his opening round on a final set tie break and will need to improve here to trouble Rublev.
  • Danielle Collins (USA) d. Sofia Kenin (USA) 6-3 6-1
    at Adelaide WTA Premier (AUS)
    Hard Court, Round of 16
    660 (660) Aces +$349 ROI:+15.9% 61%
    Jan 14 2020 20:51:48
Collins leads the H2H 2-0 but both players were ranked outside the Top 100 then and Kenin just a teenager. Kenin improved markedly in the second half of 2019 and has started the year in similar style
  • Belinda Bencic (SUI) d. Julia Goerges (GER) 7-6(6) 7-6(4)
    at Adelaide WTA Premier (AUS)
    Hard Court, Round of 16
    660 (660) Aces +$349 ROI:+15.9% 61%
    Jan 14 2020 16:39:45
The last time the players met in Canada, Bencic was shorter odds than here and also prevailed in 3 sets. 9 years younger than Goerges it is reasonable to expect that their ranking gap will continue to widen which makes the odds on offer feel attractive.
  • Madison Keys (USA) d. Danielle Collins (USA) 6-4 6-1
    at Brisbane WTA Premier (AUS)
    Hard Court, Quarter Final
    660 (660) Aces +$349 ROI:+15.9% 61%
    Jan 8 2020 22:20:04
Collins could be overestimated due to leading H2H against Keys and also only dropping 3 games in 4 sets here (conceded 9 break points and saved them all). Keys is ranked higher, won 2 Premier titles last season and would be shorter in my book
  • Garbine Muguruza (ESP) d. Zarina Diyas (KAZ) 6-4 2-6 6-4
    at Shenzhen WTA Int'l (CHN)
    Hard Court, Quarter Final
    660 (660) Aces +$349 ROI:+15.9% 61%
    Jan 8 2020 21:46:07
The odds should be much closer, Diyas started the season in excellent form winning an ITF in Hong Kong and although this is a step up in grade she could not be in better form. Prior to this week Murguruza has only won once since the French Open and has not played since September
  • Qiang Wang (CHN) d. Aliaksandra Sasnovich (BLR) 6-4 0-6 7-6(5)
    at Shenzhen WTA Int'l (CHN)
    Hard Court, Round of 16
    660 (660) Aces +$349 ROI:+15.9% 61%
    Jan 7 2020 21:34:11
Wang should arguably be shorter in the betting here, Sasnovich did have a great run to reach the final of the Limoges Challenger in December but the performance of Wang at the stellar hard court events (especially in the US) reads much better
