  • Daniel Evans (GBR) d. Kyle Edmund (GBR) 6-3 6-2
at Battle of The Brits ATP Exh (GBR)
    Hard Court, Round Robin
    41 (1277) Aces +$360 ROI:+42.3% 67%
    Jun 28 2020 10:36:13
In a tight match, there is enough evidence to suggest that Edmund should be marginal favourite here. He holds a 3:0 H2H over Evans and also possesses the highest lifetime ATP ranking (14 v 28, his ranking has dropped solely due to inactivity through injury), and finally comparing pricing against Murray in this tournament he was a stronger favourite.
  • Jennifer Brady (USA) d. Victoria Azarenka (BLR) 6-3 6-2
at US Invitational Women WTA Exh (USA)
    Clay, Round Robin
    41 (1277) Aces +$360 ROI:+42.3% 67%
    Jun 24 2020 21:32:05
Brady has the benefit of some 'lockdown' exhibition matches already and that could be a big factor here, she should be priced lower. In recent times, Azarenka has been affected by events off the court and has played only one match since August (losing easily in straight sets). She withdrew from the Australian Open citing personal issues.
  • Maximilian Neuchrist (AUT) d. Philipp Oswald (AUT) 6-4 3-0 ret.
at Austrian Pro Series ATP Exh (AUT)
    Clay, Round Robin
    41 (1277) Aces +$360 ROI:+42.3% 67%
    Jun 11 2020 07:29:34
Oswald has beaten Neuchrist in this exhibition already and even though the odds are closer this time, there is no reason why he can't win again. He's ranked within the Top 50 for doubles and although singles is a different discipline it proves the ability exists and would maybe translate into a higher ranking than Neuchrist who languishes at 600+
  • Barbora Strycova (CZE) d. Katerina Siniakova (CZE) 6-2 6-1
at The Livescore Cup WTA Exh (CZE)

    41 (1277) Aces +$360 ROI:+42.3% 67%
    Jun 3 2020 21:32:25
Strycova as underdog is the value here, she leads the H2H 4-1, is currently a higher ranked player and experienced court conditions yesterday in a loss against Pliskova.
  • Sachia Vickery (USA) d. Taylor Townsend (USA) 6-2 6-3

Vickery hammered Townsend last week, dropping just 2 games in the match. Townsend was woeful in that series but this week is much improved already avenging a defeat by Halbauer earlier today. Priced at 1.40 last week she is not even favourite now which seems an overreaction to that result and a value play.
  • Taylor Townsend (USA) d. Ellie Halbauer (USA) 6-4 6-1

Townsend can be erratic and frustrating but is undoubtedly talented if putting it all together. Two confidence boosting wins yesterday dropping just 3 games, albeit against very poor players should have boosted her confidence. Last week Halbauer won in a final set tiebreak, Townsend was priced 1.18 there, it's quite some jump to 1.71 and a definite value play.
  • Amanda Anisimova (USA) d. Ajla Tomljanovic (AUS) 2-4 4-1 4-2
at UTR Pro Match Series WTA Exh (USA)

Yesterday wasn't a good day result wise for Asinimova however despite being poor in her opening game against Collins, she arguably should have beaten Riske having been in a hopeless position at one stage. Surprised to see her underdog against Tomljanovic who had most to prove on paper from the quartet beforehand.
  • Alison Riske (USA) d. Danielle Collins (USA) 4-1 1-4 4-1
at UTR Pro Match Series WTA Exh (USA)
    Hard Court, Round Robin
    41 (1277) Aces +$360 ROI:+42.3% 67%
    May 23 2020 05:14:25
Collins price seems an overreaction to yesterday's comfortable win against Anisimova. Riske was beaten by Tomljanovic but the opening set could have gone either way, then she made amends by beating Anisimova (improved from her opening game) in a final set tiebreak. Riske is the higher ranked player, although Collins has probably been at least equal in recent months. Prices should be closer.
  • Paige Mary Hourigan (NZL) d. Taylor Townsend (USA) 1-6 6-3 1-0(7)
at Exo-Tennis USA WTA Exh (USA)
    Hard Court, Round Robin
    41 (1277) Aces +$360 ROI:+42.3% 67%

For a player ranked inside the Top 100, Townsend was simply awful yesterday. Beaten by Halbaeur in 3 sets and then by Vickery winning just 2 games in a woeful display. Hourigan has won her last 6 exhibitions games mostly as underdog and appears to be playing above her ranking. All that considered, price is everything and I would still have priced Townsend as a marginal fav so 2.18 is the current value play. Those on Hourigan at 2.20+, well done, a nice middle to exploit if you wish.
