Hard Court, Quarter Final5728 (27297) Aces +$2,674 ROI:+2.1% 41%Nov 7 2025 14:33:34Market has no idea how to price this and is defaulting into ranking bias. Give me the inflated odds in a coin-flip match any day.- 5728 (27297) Aces +$2,674 ROI:+2.1% 41%Nov 7 2025 14:29:42As much as I am an Iva-truther, I can admit where her flaws are. One of the more obvious ones is that she hasn't yet developed the killer instinct to close out matches. She should have put away Gasanova in straight sets. I'm a fan of Gasanova as well and think she has untapped potential; she's performed well late in the season, but she still doesn't match Iva's talent and doesn't yet have the maturity to hold her nerve. On the other hand, Mary has played brilliantly in Texas over the last couple of weeks. Aside from a loss in the final to Marcinko, she's won seven of her last eight matches. Being a young phenom and succeeding at higher levels brings a lot: a target on your back, top-seeded entries in lower-tier tournaments, and an inflated market price-still the case with Iva. I think Iva has the grit and experience to outlast Mary and "should" win, but this is very likely to go three sets.

Indoor Hard, Semi Final5728 (27297) Aces +$2,674 ROI:+2.1% 41%Nov 7 2025 14:15:46This would be shocking to me if Jessi just rolls over and goes down in straight sets. Despite her untouchable form in this tourney, we all know somewhere is the same Lena who can brain melt with the best of them in the deep into sets. This feels like a strong over to me.- Aryna Sabalenka (BLR) d. Amanda Anisimova (USA) 6-3 3-6 6-3
