Jo-Wilfried Tsonga has already managed to better his achievements from 2014 after reaching the quarter-final draw of the French Open 2015. Tsonga beat Tomas Berdych, who is the fourth seed at the Roland Garros, 6-3, 6-2, 6-7 (5-7), 6-3 to reach the quarters. The Frenchman was knocked out in the fourth round of all four Grand Slams in 2014. Hence, reaching the quarter-finals of the French Open will especially be pleasing for the 30-year-old, who will meet Kei Nishikori in the next round. This gives something to cheer for the French fans, but Betfair continues to place Novak Djokovic as the favourite in the French Open 2015 title odds

Surprise, surprise! Despite the Women’s side delivering a fair amount of unpredictability and surprises, it’s good to see different names making it further in the Grand Stage.

(1) Serena Williams v (17) Sara Errani

Serena has fought really hard to get to this point in the tournament and with the rest of the players that are left, is quite safe to say she is a really big favourite to not only to win this match against Errani, but the title as well. Serena was down a set and 4-5 in the second vs Sloane Stephens , but on serve, and succeeded a remarkable turnaround once again

Quarter Finals are here and we are all in for a treat! The four biggest names in TENNIS are all still alive.

(1) Novak Djokovic v (6) Rafael Nadal

Well here we have it! The match that everyone anticipated since the Draw was officially made is happening on Wednesday. Nadal leads the H2H 23-20, but most importantly he has a 6-0 advantage on matches played at the French Open. He lost his first set of the tournament today versus the American Jack Sock. After serving for the match, probably some nerves kicked in, lost a bit of confidence in his shots and lost the 3rd set in a

Round 4 is upon us! Today I preview some of the matches that have the potential to be very tight, likely decided in a long and exhausting battle.

(28) Flavia Pennetta v (21) Garbine Muguruza

They have already played two matches and Garbine is leading 2-0, although was on indoor and outdoor hard court. Both have been impressive so far and their R4 match is looking to be a good one on paper. Flavia is rolling back the years and she has become more aggressive, from what I saw, she tries to shorten the points and scored a big win over Carla Suarez Navarro in her

Round 3 starts today and the Seeds finally start to meet up, for those who survived the massacres of the first two rounds…

(1) Serena Williams v (27) Victoria Azarenka

This is probably the most intriguing match from the 3rd round in both Men and Women. These two have already met on 19 occasions and Serena has commanding 16-3 lead, but their last meeting in Madrid was nothing short than amazing! Vika had 3 MP and on serve to close it out, but late collapse, DF bug and the ‘never say die’ attitude of Serena forced the match to a deciding Tie Breaker where The American
