Challenges and upgrade to Private Messaging

It has been up for a while but we are excited to welcome back Challenges! Here is how they work:

  1. Find a Moneyline bet within Insights that you do not agree with.
  2. Press the Challenge Icon (Lightning Bolt) to start your challenge.
  3. Enter the number of Aces that you will give and the number of aces that you will receive.
  4. The user that created the original tip receives a challenge request.
  5. If the user declines the challenge then the challenge is cancelled. If the accept the challenge then it is on! The Aces involved are held in limbo.
  6. Once the match result is on then both winning and losing user

Custom Head to Head Preview and More

We are please to announce a new version of TI that now includes the custom Head to Head facility. So you can now select your own two players and compare them directly within a Match Preview. Simply use the HEAD 2 HEAD links within the left sidebar to activate.

Another exiting update in this release is the ability to download CSV (Excel) versions of most tables within TI. Look out for the buttons on the top right of the tables.

Further Mobile improvements have also been made.

Mobile device improvements

We have just release a new version of Tennis Insight that will improve the user experience and user interface for Mobile devices. Specifically we have targeted:

  1. General Layout – cleaning up the positioning of global elements and making them more suited to a vertical scrolling mobile device
  2. Menus – adjusting the size of the Main Menu and improving the left and right slide in menus such that they work better on all device widths
  3. Match Preview Header – Condensing the top section of the Match Previews such that it takes up much less real estate allowing for easier access to information below
  4. Tabs – making all tabs revert back

Bankroll Topups and community rewards

We are excited to announce a new feature on Tennis Insight. The ability to Top-up your Bankroll if you run out. Along with some changes to the layout of the User profile pages you will find a new button called “Add Bankroll”. By clicking on this button within your own profile page you will be taken through the process of adding extra bankroll to use on your tips within TI immediately. For just a couple of Euro you can now get that extra boost needed to make that big bet on that sure winner.
