Important info about TI User Accounts

Update on User Accounts
We have restored almost all user accounts.
There are still a significant number of users that have made payments to us on or after 17-March and which still need to be fully fixed. We are working through this list and in the meantime at least everyone can access TI.
You are welcome to email us ([email protected]) although please understand that we are currently overloaded with emails and will not be able to respond immediately.
Please also know that once we have resolved all user accounts, we will be crediting all affected users with additonal membership time to make up for this terribly unfortunate incident.
