Ace rewards are back

Aces are the currency on TI. These can be won by being one of the top tipsters in a Tournament or by other members of the community rewarding you directly through a Post or through your User page. TI is very happy to announce that due to the successful return of the site and the ongoing commitment by all its members we will be bringing back Cash Rewards. This means that not only can Aces be exchanged for Membership time, but they can also be exchanged for Cash. Full details are being ironed out so stay tuned and in the meantime get to giving and receiving as many aces as you can.

The Racket Previews

The recent launch of the Racket has been a great success. This is Tennis Insight’s blog where we focus on various topics from Player form, Tournament Previews, Betting Strategies, Tennis Humour, Top Insight and much more. Basic Member access

Recently we have installed a new Access Level to Tennis Insight called Basic Member. This is a FREE account that allows limited access to TI functionality. The sign-up page shows the differences between Public, Basic and Paid access to TI. Essentially nothing has changed for all of you that are full paying members of TI. The main difference is that the Public get less access – frankly we felt we were giving away too much to the public which was unfair to our paying members and our community and also has an effect on the load of the site. So we are asking those that want to use TI without a subscription to at least create an account and become part of the community in a more direct way.

Improvements to site: Match Stats, Model, Leaders.

Finally we would like to thank all members of the site. Thank you to everyone that filled out the recent TI Survey. We are taking all your feedback on board and continue to make improvements ensuring that TI evolves in a way that makes for the best possible user experience and community interaction. Recent enhancements include: an overhaul of the way Match Stats are collected and displayed, tweaks to the mechanics of the TI Model (yes Service Hold and Tie-breaker % will be back soon), improvements to Match Stat Tour and Tournament Leaders, the ability to give Aces directly to a user, and the Access Level and Racket functionality mentioned above. There is a limit to what we can do and we thank you for your patience. I think it is safe to say we have also greatly improved our customer service. So please send us any queries, compliments or complaints and we will get back you asap.
