Over the past few weeks we’ve reviewed and embraced all of the feedback from the community. We’ve taken the time to focus on what we hope you will all agree is important for the coming season. And to celebrate we’ve credited all existing users with a MONTH FREE ACCESS and are offering a 2 WEEK FREE TRIAL to new users.
Our key areas of focus now and in the immediate future are:
TI How You Want It:
- The new design has been tweaked further and the sidebars can be shown or hidden at any screen size.
- The old site has been brought back in read-only mode as ‘TI Classic’ at http://classic.tennisinsight.com. The improvements made to the tipping engine are incompatible with the old site, but we’ve kept it running to ease the transition.
- An API is in development for direct access to TI data, we’ll have more to announce on that soon.
New Functionality:
- A Bankroll system for users to really show that they know their tennis! A full guide to Bankroll is available here.
- Periods have been replaced by a rolling quarter for all default user benchmarking statistics.
Exotic bet types are now available for more tipping opprtunities. - Users can now tip any amount they choose, as many times as they like on a match (up to bankroll and match maximums)
- User leaderboards for every tournament, much like the old tipping comps.
- New responsive design allows easy tipping and insight from your mobile or tablet.
Stability:
- We have moved the site to a new server and content delivery network which means quicker load times and a more stable site during busy periods.
- Security has been enhanced during the transition and best practice techniques for keeping your data secure have been implemented.
Support:
- We’ve implemented a centralised helpdesk so whether it’s an email, tweet or Facebook post, you can be sure our team will be in touch.
Coming Soon:
- Your page display preferences will be remembered – so you can always see the information that’s important to you.
- User earning graphs will return with exotics included.
- An API for convenient access to TI data feeds.
The new year of tennis is here and we’re glad to be back. Let us know what you think!
