Bonus membership time to you

We are currently updating member accounts with bonus membership time (you may have recently received an email from us). This particular ‘top up’ is in recognition of

3 things:

• Our recent ‘Euro Clay’ period
• The “lost period” from March/April
• Our recent technical challenges during Roland Garros
Firstly let me stress the importance we place on our Community Rewards program, and this time around we gave a number of users additional top-ups given the fact we missed the earlier period that ran over March/April due to our server meltdown.

Which brings me to my second point. Let me also stress our commitment to resolving our technical challenges. We have done significant work (i) in migrating to a new server back in April and (ii) in tuning that server in recent times to further optimise performance. We are confident the recent changes leave us well positioned to handle the heightened demand that Wimbledon brings.

And lastly let me stress my commitment to you – we have granted all active users additonal time in recognition of the technical challenges we had over RG. We shall not only ensure that you don’t pay for unreasonable ‘down time’ but also do everything in our powers to improve the performance and function of the site on an ongoing basis.

Community Rewards

If you did receive some ‘community rewards’ bonus membership time then please note the following:

• If your account has recently expired then drop us an email within the next week and we will re-activate your account with the extra membership
• If you are earning more membership time than you can use – don’t worry because at the end of the 2011 season we will exchange this membership time for cold hard cash and send it straight to your nominated PayPal account
