| | Dancevic fell early in his last tournament, despite playing in excellent form over the last two months. Wessels will rely on winning his service games but will find it difficult to break Dancevic. I don't see Dancevic having too much trouble handling the big man's serve, as he has played some top 10 talent in his run up the ranks this summer. Dancevic should be able to handel Wessels here and despite the low odds, I think it's worthy of a small play. |

| | Wessels is predominantly a challenger cirucit player with one major dimension to his game - the serve. The big Dutchman enjoys venturing to the net, but mainly due to his lack of groundstroke ability more so than any confidence he has in his volleying skills. Playing the flashy Dancevic here, who also has a powerful first ball, but has some damaging groundies to go with them. He will take the game to Wessels and will look to hit winner after winner. Prone to mental susceptibility but would be disapponited to see him lose to a player of this ranking especially considering he is 9 from 12 indoors in the past 12 months. |
