Michael Berrer (GER) vs Michal Przysiezny (POL) at US Open GS (USA) - Hard Court, Round of 128 <<
Berrers performance in Washington was quiet decent, espec. against Fish, so its hardly to believe that he will not take the chance of an alleged lucky draw against a player with one top 100 victory (Volandri at Sopot 2007). Berrers game is often unstable and in my opinion unconcentrated. In comparison to other german players like Schuettler or Kiefer he falls in competitiveness clearly behind. And for odds around 1,3 you have to take that into consideration. Could be a very, very close game.

Michael Berrer (GER) vs Michal Przysiezny (POL) at US Open GS (USA) - Hard Court, Round of 128 <<
Tough one to predict here, the Pol has had some better singles results on tour in the last month or so than ever before. He faces a challenge here though, pitted against German Michael Berrer who has been a solid performer on the ATP tour for the past 2 or 3 years. Berrer has always been pitted with the "could have done better" tag, but often tends to be overoared in certain situations and lose concentration. He has a solid serve and a very good one-handed backhand, but his strongest attribute is his speed around the court. Will make Przysiezny hit every shot, and has big-time experience also on his side. The Pol can win a set or two here, but hard to see him winning - MB in 4.
