| | Silva lucky to win one game out of the first 11 so far. Money in the bank 1/2. |

| | Sorry wasn't jumping on it, and don't doubt that was the case, just poking fun and felt it was something that had to be said ;) |

| | I knew it would be you to jump on that as I was typing it. I watched the match and Lee's winning play was greeted by little more than polite clapping. Etzinger was cheered on like the english do for Murray during wimbledon. Okay? I've had the same argument with people about Greta Arn not being German. |

| | Also to point out the same thing was said about Lee yesterday and he pulled through against the home favourite. |

| | Lee is certainly not at home on clay, but Silva shouldn't be comfortable playing anywhere against a top 50 player. He is absolutely atrocious. He didn't look to me like a player comfortable on clay. |

| | I think Lee is overrated on clay, quite inconsistent, and sometimes he lacks much needed patience. Silva is a good value bet for today, he is a very tough competitor even though he lacks real results against ATP Tour type of players. But, it's a good day to begin just that. Small punt on the Brazilian here. |

| | Lee is known like a strong fighter, on clay, on hard, everywhere...Even though he is over 30, his power remains high. He is as sharp as a tack, his inteligence, force and value will make today the diference... Silva is lucky- loser, he lost in qualification his match with grandpa El- Aynaoui, I DON"T SEE ANY CHANCES FOR HIM TODAY...
In my opinion, Lee is the best bet of the day! Enjoy it! |

| | Silva was involved in a real clanger of a match today in place of Kohlschreiber who make no mistake would have pasted Bachinger. As bad an ATP main draw match I have not seen in a long time. Silva was there as replacement having already lost so will be very happy to be past first round. He didn't deserve it and looked awful in a tame first set. Improved slightly against a toothless home opponent, although Bachinger did throw away 0-40. Silva is lucky once again to have stolen through and if his fascination with hitting the net continues Lee, although not a clay specialist has been around long enough to make him pay for that. Silva has no weapons, no power or accuracy to speak of. A place in the next round is Lee's for the taking providing he wants it. |
