| | I did not expekt Darcis to get over Martin who was in the match only in the 2nd set but failed there to take his chances. Here is another match where it is again value to take Darcis opponent but i gauge it a little to early to see him running into his old form after beating Santana and Petzschner with ease. |

| | my money is on Rochus altough i have been baking Darcis throughout the tournment. Darics record of 11-8 on clay this year doesnt cut it for me and Rochus winning 73% of his games on clay in the year speaks much more to me. I think Rochus can step up and beat his compatriot. |

| | catscratch must be 8 feet tall, calling Darcis a midget who stands at 5'10''. 5'10'' isn't exactly tall but it is definitely FAR from midget status. I originally had a slight lean on Darcis being the defending champ but his match against Martin was less than inspiring. Rochus is capable of scoring the mild upset so I would either nab the value with him or swerve it. |

| | Darcis has won both previous meetings but they were both indoors and Rochus is far more at home on the dirt where his good defence and consistent baseline play prove far more effective. Darcis had to come from a break down in the second set against Martin but got through the tiebreak to win in straight sets, however he won just 60% of his own service points and had Martin won more than the two of seven break points forced it could well have gone to a decider. Darcis has not been at his best since winning the title in Memphis earlier in the year and is just 4-6 on clay this season. Rochus has had a pretty good time of it on the dirt and although his second serve is often a weakness, he has been in pretty good form this week winning 68% of his service points and has punished opponents second balls winning a handy 57% of those points. Darcis does have the heavier groundies but Rochus is the better mover and more consistent from the back of the court and Rochus also has a little more variety than Darcis. Any odds around 3 for Rochus will be worth taking. |

| | Rochus is having a good season on clay, but only in challengers...against big opponents you level down and him saving loses.
darcis is now a level up from rochus.is the atual champion of this tournament. and play a better tennis. not suprises. |
