"Marat Safin reached the finals of the %u201CKremlin Cup%u201D-2008 without any efforts. His opponent, the German Misha Zverev, retired from the match because of illness."

Zverev benefitted from a weird and astonishing collapse by Troicki in the 3rd set yesterday. He has bleeding knuckles and more importantly was holding his serving shoulder a lot in the match. Safin for once was very consistent and disposed of Davy in tennis reminiscent of his excellent Wimbledon run. Ofcourse Safin could go back to his old ways here and lose this but I don't think he will.

Safin is a very inconstant player...You never know what to expekt from him.Zverev is a player that has a good serve and is tough to break and with Marat's nervous moment's and breakdown's i will put a medium small sum on the outsider

If Safin can beat someone like Davydenko, then Zverev is easy meat. Fkn Zverev - I hate you

The 3rd set of the Zverev - Troicki match was curious and i dont know what happened with Troickis head there. A good server like him normally finishs this game 6:1. The odds for Zverev were on a very high level on betfair when the things turned ugly for Troicki at 5:1 (around 200 when i remember it correctly). Zverevs left hand was injured in this set too. If Zverev is fit he should be able to serve better than Davydenko yesterday and earn some more easy points from that but he is definitiv not on Safins level from behind (if Safin is on a good day). I expect Marat as concentrated and focused as yesterday but the odds are too low to stick with him here.

Zverev did me proud yesterday but I think Safin will be too powerful for him today!
Not much value on the odds being offered however - will hope to win a few quid in-play but that's all

Safin played well against davydenko, nice serve, and i think he can win here, but i think is too risky, so i will watch the match but with no money here

Safin beat Davydenko today but the last 12 months Davy has played below par and I would class Safin as THE most erratic player in the atp.
