Login to give Aces		 BeyondTheGame and others: I would really watch out for Vakulenko here. The Ukranian stated after the US Open and not for the first time recently, that she is having lots of trouble seeing out her matches simply because her arm gets very tired after about set one due to surgery she has undergnoe a few months ago. It was evident against Hercog in Portoroz, Errani in Palermo and especially Vesnina at Flushing Meadows after she dominated up until 2-1 in the second set. At her best, she's a big burly type who moves relatively well and can really penetrate off the ground with heavy shots and a pretty decent serve, but Rodionova is quick enough and smart enough to get Vakulenko on the run and using some of her clever approaches. Admittedly, she's not in the best form of her career but wins in 08 over similarly aggressive women in Rybarikova, Rezai, Lisicki, Dellacqua and competitive losses to Safina, Goerges and Peng would strongly suggest she enjoys this type of defensive/counter-attacking match up. If she can keep Julia out on court long enough you'll find she may just have the recipe for an upset win and given Vakulenko's very dodgy serving including double faults galore in recent times I'd be siding with the Russian-cum-Aussie.

Login to give Aces		 I%u2019m disappointed in Anastasia especially as she has not made any impact whatsoever on the scene. She struggles immensely on serve and apart from stringing 2-3 games of brilliance per Set just doesn%u2019t seem to have the consistency to make it at this level. I feel she may be a much decent Doubles player and it may be an idea to play there instead of Singles. Will be competitive at best and will need a lot of luck to win.
