All Tommy has to do is get it back in court and wait for the error. Comfortable 3-0 from now.

it seems the unforced errors are hampering tsonga's chances of winning this match, this does seem to be a trait of his play (high percentage tennis) - robredo should win comfortably.

I have Backed Out at $1.57. If Tsonga wins which he won't then I am in a world of hurt.

Back out now fellas if u can. Tsonga has an arm cramp or whatever the case is. He will probably try and play out the match even if he is going to lose to not disapooint the NYC crowd. This is a BIG F problem.

C'Mon Tsonga. Must win in 3. The power and punch will be there for that long. Anymore and it will be hard.

Don't give up if you backed Tsonga

No, It is for me though. Very confident in Robredo watching the early few games. I think Tsonga will be gone physically soon especially if he loses this first set. Tsonga has to win this set or he's out of it. Good day again today after JJ..

hey cats, sorry mate, just saw your question right now. You guessed right - I placed really big bets on him and he was also in two of my multis. Against Ventura went big after he lost the 1st set and his odds against Moya were quite high at the beginning as you might remember. I really hope his way will continue tonight... for him and for me ;-)

Robredo showed some of the stuff that took him to a top 5 ranking early last year: grit, guile and determination in his defeat of Marat Safin. The Spaniard never gives up and takes any kind of opening and makes the best of it and never ever quits, some of the qualities that have helped him earn some significant coin over the years on the ATP tour.

Tsonga looked like he was playing a video game in his first set against Ventura but then showed some dazzling form the rest of the match en route to a pretty easy win. The stocky Frenchman struggled some against the aging Moya but still at the end of the day was too much for the former French Open champion to set up this clash.

Clash though may be the wrong phrase to describe this match. Robredo really has nothing other than perhaps his fitness and ability to pester that can really trouble Tsonga. The Australian Open runner up really should smash Robredo off the courts here in a match I just can't see Tsonga losing.

yesterday i believed in groenfeld, she did it
for today i have the same feeling on robredo whose form is outsanding against a perfet tsonga, but if i was him and his talent, i would not try to hard because of his knee. ok he seems to be fit again, i am very happy for backing him next tournament, but he should not push everything because if anything happen, he is finished for tennis. I do not htink that is what he wants. You can loose this match tsonga, it is ok. You still be very good player. Do not take too many risk with youyr knee. Let tommy win, just he deserves this. And do not worry, his friend moya will tell him what he should do better than him, carlos

I made such a lot of money with Jo during this week - so eventhough I'm a bit in doubt if he can keep his level due to his fitness after some exhausting matches I simply cannot and will not oppose him. Let's keep on walking, Jo!

I preffer to bet on player with atacking style.
Don't like defensive players.
Hope that Tsonga'a attack is better then Robredo defence.

I said it once and i will say it again. Tsonga is a miracle of a tennis player. He proved he is able to be fully fit very soon again when he played Moya. Similar as it was with his previous match, i think this match entirely depends of Tsonga. If he has no fitness problems, he will do to Robredo the same thing Stepanek did to him in Paris. Destroy him of course. Robredo did not defeat Safin, but Safin defeated himself after the 2nd set

Tsonga plays prety well. I think, that Robredo is lucky tjan he is in this part of turnament. Safin didn't want to win this match, he loosed in 4 set 0-6 on his own wish. I whink Tsonga is like Safin - but he havent got russian hot head. Tsonga will dominate in this game.

Dont know why everyone is going for Tsonga, he hasnt done anything since the aus open and has been very inconsistent not being able to advance through the rounds in any tournament since then, dont like how players do that, play well in a grand slam then drop off, he has been terrible of late, very poor tennis while Robredo also has been inconsistent especially on the hard courts where he isnt the best of players but think that he can win this match and should be the favourite for me. Robredo in 5.

One thing Tsonga has which Marat lacks is to belt his way out of a corner. What better way to achieve a win than be a front runner like Marat and Nicole Vaidisova want in all their matches. These 2 when they are behind will almost concede the match.

Not Tsonga. Admirable qualities abound with him and he really enjoys the game. I suppose that's the innocence of youth. Marat used to have it especially when he came on the scene.

Robredo is lucky to be here. Robredo will be smashed.

Tsonga doesn't convince me at all in this match. I'll be giving it a bodyswerve as a banker. Some trading in play for me just. Robredo might out
