You all are insane to be betting on Dumbo at that price. Value is on Vemic.

Odds on Roddick now are around 1.06! After all that we have witness this week in a ridiculous tournament where all the favorites are getting killed, why would any reasonable bettor wager on Roddick?

Don't trust Andy Roddick for the moment. I feel it's a risk for a choke á la Federer here. Don't care about the h2h No bet for me.

Roddick should win this easily enough. He quite clearly wants to get some form in for the US Open so with that in mind he should win this in straight sets. 2-0 Roddick.

easy money. Not much but it is something. rael, ryan, and carson have pretty much covered whatever there is to cover here which is not much.

Roddick should win this one easily, but concerns in his fitness have been highlighted this week. A small bet on Vemic for me as if reports are true he may not last the match.....

I very rarely if ever bet a single at 1/12 (1.08), but I am trying to build up my reserves for the Olympics and U.S. Open, and, even if I don't win much, this strikes me as easy, worry free money.

Can only get 1.11 with betfair so bet on Andy making 2-0 in sets!

You can use this match to earn back anything lost on Haas! WTF??

Going to be hard for Roddick to lose this one. If he does then there is something wrong with him. But i think that this is a sure enough bet and hope i can get some good money on 2-0.

Roddick is in bad form, but Vemic isn't fit to be on the same court as him. A bet on 2-0 looks the best play here (to completely remove possibillity of retirement loss). Roddick losing this would be the biggest shock in a long time.

If he won't make QF in USO how is he going to do better in Beijing? Clearly he's giving himself the best chance to do well at the US, after the Olympics are actually over, the record in grand slams is far more important. Only twice since 2001 has Roddick lost in the US to someone who wasn't No.1, taking Federer the last 2 years to know him out. I'll be happy to put up my aces if Roddick meets Cilic in a best of 5 in that atmosphere.

3 yes for Roddick then.Dont know why he missed the Olympics tho because i can`t see Roddick making the Q/F at the Open imo.Cilic out classed Roddick in all departments but A-ROD should win this quite easy

Yeah Roddick has made no secrets about where his priorities lie having snubbed the Beijing Olympics. He is the top seed and is obviously looking to do well here. Vemic was a winner over Warburg earlier who choked when serving out for the match. Roddick will have no problems first up here. 2-0.

I don't really think Roddick is in as bad form as has been made out. He retired in the previous TMS as a precaution for the US Open, as he has made clear by electing not to travel to Beijing. I would say the US Open is his main priority every year, and staying in America to get some hard court lead up is a good sign. I'm not worried by his injury concern because if he is going to suffer from it he will retire from the match with the US coming up. I would say he will blast through Vemis in 2 sets here. And I don't write off his chances of a good USO.
