Verdasco is in great form at the moment after winning titles in both Bastad and Umag. Bellucci is a young talent but he's never beaten anyone on this surface and I can't see that changing here.

Verdasco seems to have left his choking habits behind him (for a while? for good?). He also seems to be in a very good shape, driving down the Winner's Road. His my man in this match!

Line moved from -386 on Sunday to -315 today. I liked Verdasco to win this match, but this has me concerned.

Somebody correct me if I am wrong, but I don’t see Bellucci having a win ever in an ATP main draw hard court event. He clearly prefers the dirt and avoids hard courts. I know that Verdasco may be in the same boat, but he surely is competitive on the hard courts. I have a hard time believing Bellucci’s 1st ATP win on hard court is going to be by way of Verdasco. At 1.26, I still see value for this match.

Verdasco is in great form and should be too strong. Cant see Bellucci making an impact on a hard surface.

Difficult to look past Fernando here considering his recent hot form. He won the title in Umag last week defeating Andreev in a tough final. This year has brought about greater consistency for the Spaniard than in previous years and he should will have too much flair here for Bellucci. Bellucci has also had a good year, mainly at challenger level, but he has shown some potential whenever he has stepped up. Verdasco will win this match, although the odds are not worth the hassle.

Verdasco is my choice For me Verdasco is the certain bet of the day.I think Belluci is a very good talent but is next match he faces some body who as won 13 of is last 16 matches just won a title in (Umag) an is close to being in the top 10.This has been Bellucci break through year bringing his challenger level form to the atp an has played some good tennis an i was very impressed with him against Nadal at Roland Garros. But this is hard court an Bellucci has little match play only playing 4 times this year winning just 2 of them.So with Verdasco form right now Verdasco is an easy choice for me to make..

Belluci is a nice player, but he is better suited for the clay courts. Verdasco is one of the better all courts players. Coming off a nice run in Croatia, where he lost only 1 set, he should riding high. If the travel and lack of prep time doesn't affect him, he could make a push for the quarter's. I like his chances of getting to the round of 16. He'd have to be favored over the winner of Soderling/Canas. He'd then have a tough matchup vs. Djokovic and will likely end his 6 match winning streak.

Verdasco must be tired from his recent good run. He will have to make the transition very quickly against a talented Bellucci. No value. Betting in play maybe a go if Verdasco looks like his not fatigued

Hey destroyer,do you think that Belucci has a chance to make a suprice here, because Verdasco played very long and tiring match against Andreev in the final of Umag and his first match on hard court on this surface after the end of the clay season? I know Belucci is not doing fine on faster courts but do you think that fatigue would be a problem for the spaniard and probably an early round upset?

Thanks

Verdascos strong form and experience should be far too much for the opposition who struggles on this surface. great to pump up a double with (into wawrinka?)
