Login to give Aces		 i have to take my cap off to mahut. he simply played much better than tipso. this isn't the first time the inconsistent serb has ruined one of my parlays. i also don't think it is the first time mahut has won as a big underdog when i bet against him. what a shame. everyone said mahut is out of form which may be true but tipso has had a crap year as well...

Login to give Aces		 Mahut cleary not in the same form as last he was at this time last year. Tipsarevic has a solid hardcourt game, and he should able to hold his serve quite comfortably, while getting a couple of breaks vs. Mahut's serve. I'm going with Tipsarevic -3.5

Login to give Aces		 again, everyone went janko. I actually think mahut has a chance, not a big one. Mahut needs to serve well here and janko isn't exactly reliable in non-grand slam tournaments. no bet for me really. janko is way way too short odds for a serb

Login to give Aces		 Mahut is a rubbish player and dont like the player at all. While Tipsarevic excels in the bigger tournaments and he will be hungry to play the likes of roddick, federer, nadal and Djokovic.

Login to give Aces		 Tipsarevic has not been cited since Wimbledon where he produced some thrilling spectacles to the fans, taking out big guns Roddick and Tursunov before Schuettler shocked him in the Round of 16. The flambuoyant Serbian show pony returns to the hard courts where he struggled for consistency late last year, but did play well in Miami TMS back in March where he defeated Verdasco and Youzhny. Mahut boasts a poor 9-17 record on this terrain since the beginning of 2007, and is enduring a horror run at the moment having lost his past 5 matches the majority of them being on his usually beloved grass surface that gives so much advantage to his serve-volley style. The Frenchman is very one-dimensional and despite that good serve and some quality touch at net is very restricted off the ground and is also out of his comfort zone when forced to run laterally and execute deep defensive shots. Tipsarevic posesses a heavy first ball and a big forehand, but sometimes can suffer brain explosions with his choice of shot. He does, however, have wins in recent times over other serve-volleyers such as Stepanek, Berrer, Zverev and Navarro and undoubtedly has the quality skills on the return to quell Mahut's only real weapon in this match. Odds are too short though in my opinion.

Login to give Aces		 Tipsarevic has been in great form this year but missed out on a golden chance at Wimbledon after beating Roddick to then fall to Schuettler where he missed out on a semi-final fight with Nadal. Mahut's form has been the total opposite, poor throughout the grass tournaments and lacking confidence. Both have fantastic serves here, Tipsarevic is the better all round player though and would be expected to eventually come through this match probably after a tough start. I won't be getting involved in his however considering the current quotes. Tipsarevic 1/3 Mahut 13/5.
