i personally would save my money for the next tournament rather than risk it here - this could go either way I would give the slight advantage to verdasco.

This will be a close match but I fancy Andreev to win this. This is the surface he loves and the head to head matches were 3-4 years ago so I won't look into that too much now. Value here with Andreev.

Hi, this is my first post on what is an extremely cool and informative site.
This is not the most insightful post I know, but what I really need is some advice from some fellow punters who would understand the ups and downs of the betting life. Usually pretty good at what I do,building my bank up for a while, but have been on a bad run of late losing a lot to be honest, after letting a few personal issues affect my betting judgement, staking and discipline.
Have 2.37k riding on andreev winning tonight from two legged multi. I feel if I lose this I really need to walk away and give the game away. So my question is if you were in my position would you hedge out(div 3.95)for a risk free bet to fight another day or let it ride and take the risk in the knowledge that it would be your last bet for a while if you lost tonight?
I know it is my decision to make but as I have not been thinking too clearly of late I thought it would be good to get some insight from others and any advice would be appreciated.
Cheers froggy

If Verdasco doesn't lose it completely like against Berdych when I couldnt stop laughing he should win it absolutely. But I have the feeling that since this is a final he might just have another one of those.

This is really going to be a tough one to bet on. For the moment (imo) Fernando Verdasco plays the best he can. And Andreev is an increasing star. Just now they are equal in theory. So, I have to find some other, more risky parameter to lean on IF there will be a bet from my side. An abstract one is the mentally behavior under strong stress.

From my point of view is Verdasco much closer to a real choking than Andreev is. At least he was know to choke now and then in the past. Please correct me if I'm wrong in that statement, but because of the feeling "maybe-choking" I will trust Igor Andreev today with a minor bet.

I don't normally bet on Verdasco unless I know he'll really be trying. This is a final so I'll take his class to edge him past the industrious Russian.

kane90, if you are asking me I am very confident in that Igor will provide a contest and can eventually, by attrition, win this match. Possibly a likely Andreev match - 3 sets with games going to scorlines like 6/4, 7/5, 7/6 etc etc. hey, I have my money on him.

In 2 prior contests that could have read 2-0 Andreev, I will go against the run and stick with the big hitting Russian who simply has been on fire...like me.

Andreev I can assure will take care of any serving problems which Verdasco has been prone to this week.

Verdasco was not tested against great clay players in this tournament and in the last loses to Berdych. Now i bet o Andreev, because clay is your favourite ground, and he beat great players like cannas. Beside this, the spanish is knowing like a exception because is spanish and is not in clay that he found your favourite ground.

Tip: The difference in Match Rating between two players represents the average number of service games that separate them in a set of tennis as predicted by the Insight Model.
